2021 SALES STATS FOR CULTUS LAKE

After a frenzied start to the year, continued limited inventory and high demand, the Cultus Lake real estate market was very active in 2021. Here’s a breakdown of total home sales in the communities surrounding Cultus Lake:

CULTUS LAKE: Riverstone I Main Beach I Mountain View I Lakeshore
-45 Homes Sold in 2021
-unchanged from last year

LINDELL BEACH: Lindell I Aquadel Crossing I The Cottages I Creekside Mills
-71 Homes Sold in 2021
-a 20% increase over last year

COLUMBIA VALLEY
-9 Homes Sold in 2021
-a 50% increase over last year

A total of 125 single-family detached homes sold in the communities surrounding Cultus Lake; 14% more homes than last year.

The BC Real Estate Association (BCREA) predicted that the average home price in BC was projected to rise 17 per cent in 2021. Here in Cultus Lake, that figure nearly doubled and we saw the average him price increase by 30%

Inventory in the Cultus Lake area remains low, and with only 13 detached homes currently available, it’s no wonder October 2021 saw a drop in sales volume, but an increase in average price and days on the market compared to last year.

  • October 2021 had a total of 6 detached homes sell
    • Average Price – $1,039,971
    • Average Days on Market – 34 days
    • Total $ Volume of Sales – $6,239,830.
