Our journey took us abroad, working in Dubai’s innovative professional environment, where we gained invaluable experience. Eventually, we returned to British Columbia and joined the family business, helping shape new neighbourhoods at the south end of Cultus Lake.
That experience evolved into launching our own boutique real estate company, focused entirely on this remarkable lakeside community. We recognized a gap: real estate at the lake isn’t conventional, and most agents don’t fully understand it. A successful transaction takes far more than a sign in the yard or an open house—it takes local expertise, hands-on involvement, and access to the right lifestyle-driven buyers.
