TERMS + CONDITIONS
-An introduction/referral must be made in writing to any member of the Cultus Lake Real Estate Team from either the Referrer or the Referred Client.
- Referrer – a person who makes the referral
- Referred Client – a person who is being referred
-The introduction/referral must form into a client relationship between the Referred Client and the Cultus Lake Real Estate Team as it relates to the purchase or sale of real property.
-A $300 Visa Gift Card (here after referred to as ‘Reward’) will be presented to both the Referrer and the Referred Client after the real estate transaction has closed.
-The Referrer must be an unlicensed person/s who meet the following:
- the unlicensed person does not solicit, for the purposes of making a referral, the names of persons who may want to acquire or dispose of real estate;
- the practice of making referrals is not the main business of the unlicensed person making the referral; and
- the unlicensed person making the referral does nothing else related to real estate services that would require them to be licensed.
-The Reward is not available to licensed person/s or to any unlicensed lead generation business.
