North Cultus Lake is located at the entrance of the Cultus Lake Provincial Park and consists of the Main Beach and Lakeshore sub-communities.
Here you will find an eclectic mix of more dense architecture, old and new, inside the Parks borders. These areas are leased property, governed by the Cultus Lake Parks Board issuing 21 year, renewable, unregistered leases to lots within the park. Currently, there are around 1100 leaseholders; a mix of residential, commercial, and campsites.
