I called Steven about a listing he had in The Cottages. He was prompt to reply and set up an appointment for us to meet straight away. Though the listing was nice it was not quite what I was looking for, however, Steven didn’t hesitate to tell me of a competing agents listing, knowing it was more suitable to my requirements. He took additional time out of his schedule to show me it, which saved me another trip out, and he was right that it was the cottage for me.

During the negotiations, Steven was very patient and used his market insights and community knowledge to our advantage, securing the property for a great price! My quick close ran into a special set of problems as a result of Covid-19, but Steven handled them all like a champ and made the purchase of my cottage an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Steven – he was knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and fun to work with!
