OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR CLIENTS

“Business as usual” feels impossible right now, however, we are committed to ensuring that our client’s needs and wellness are our top priority. Here’s what we are doing differently in our day-to-day operation:

  • Employing more virtual and electronic alternatives to in-person interactions.
  • If needed, we will schedule private viewings
  • Asking questions about recent travels, possible exposure as well as current health status prior to.
  • Accessing properties in advance, following a cleaning checklist before inviting anyone inside
  • Limiting the size of viewing groups to two people, plus a representation should they be working with an agent.
  • Encouraging everyone present to refrain from touching anything as well as maintain distance protocols
  • As an added precaution, we are dispensing hand sanitizer before and after viewing a property and have disinfectant wipes readily available.

We recognize that our industry and network (ie. appraisers, inspectors, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, other Realtors, lawyers/notaries, etc.) are implementing new policies, and will continue to stay up-to-date with risk management strategies and ways of staying pro-active when considering contracts, due diligence periods and contingency plans for our clients.
