3 KEY POINTS:

1) Sales dipped 25% over last month, but improved over last year’s zero posted sales.

2) Inventory continues to drop inline with surrounding real estate markets; 63% from Oct 2019 and 33% from Nov 2018

3) There are 36 active listings, unchanged from last month. The average sale price was $672,666. The average list price is $822,686
