MARKET UPDATE: CULTUS LAKE OCTOBER 2019

3 KEY POINTS:

1) October sales are down 43% over last month and 33% over last year. Because of the lake’s seasonal draw, a dip in sales leading into the winter months is not unusual. However, strong numbers coming out of surrounding markets, those of which Cultus Lake relies on, make us optimistic that activity will continue at a volume higher than normal.

2) October inventory is down 39% over last month with fewer properties being listed. We continue to see a downward trend in the number of active listings, October ending with a total of just 37, the lowest we’ve seen all year.

3) The average list price in October was $747,754. The average sale price was $597,624.
